Keith McBey, President- Keith has been a member of the BPS team since1994. Working closely with the Owner, Architect and field personnel, his responsibilities include conceptual & construction estimating, project management, scheduling, sales & management of the overall project goals. Well-known for his “can-do” friendly attitude, his activities with preconstruction services allow him to develop a true understanding of your project program. Keith is a graduate of the New Hampshire Technical Institute (NHTI) with a degree in Architectural Engineering. Keith McBey

Barrett Salta, Vice President- Barrett joined BPS in 2011, bringing an extensive background in site work and project management to the team. With nearly forty years of site development behind him, he brings a level of expertise in the area of earthwork rarely seen in Construction Management. His technology know-how has given BPS the ability to implement state-of-the-art systems for managing your project, and his friendly approach to problem-solving will make him a welcome addition to your building team. Kevin Goupil-General Superintendent & Vice President of Field Operations– Kevin has been a team member of BPS for 28 years. His experience in construction and particularly renovation projects is superb. Kevin’s responsibilities include overall management of on-site construction activities, including coordination of all subcontractors, management of the safety and security at the site, scheduling of subcontractors and total day to day control of onsite activities. Barrett R. Salta- Project Manager– Barrett Ryan has been a team member of BPS since 2018. His approachable personality, people skills and ability to problem solve make him a welcome addition to any team. With a family history in the business and personal experience in the field, Barrett positioned himself to be a crucial part of the company’s future. Barry Beauregard, Estimator- Barry has been a BPS team member since 2013. He has ten years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on civil/site work. His attention to detail and strong organizational skills have helped with projects of all sizes. Barry is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Computerized Drafting. Jeff Cloutier, Estimator & Project Manager-Jeff joined the BPS team in 2022 in a dual role as an Estimator and a project manager. He brings more than 30 years of experience in environmental compliance, land use permitting, mineral reserve evaluation, and project management, and carries a great level of organizational and managerial skills. Jeff is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Geology and has served on the NH Wetlands Council where he reviewed proposed wetland rules.  Jeff Cloutier

Cindy Cassavaugh, Safety Officer: Cindy has been a team member of BPS for twelve years.  A site-specific phasing and separation plan is typically developed by Cindy with the help of the Project Manager, Site Superintendent and Owner’s Representative. Cindy brings complex safety observation skills from reporting specific safety issues, training procedures, site safety, to OSHA compliance. Her duties include day to day safety with not only our employees but the safety of our subcontractors and all those who may be on our job sites.  Cindy Cassavaugh

Timothy Buckley, Accountant-Tim joined the BPS team in 2020 as the company’s Accountant.  Buckley brings over 35 years of accounting and bookkeeping knowledge and experience to the company.  In his role, he will oversee the company’s financial data, manage accounts payables & receivables and perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting. He is a graduate of Boston College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics. Tim Buckley

Kristin O’Brien, Director of Marketing-Kristin joined the company in 2020 as Director of Marketing, bringing over 25 years of sales & marketing experience to BPS. In this newly created role, O’Brien applies her communication skills, relationship building experience and community networking connections to help expand BPS as a leader in the construction industry throughout New Hampshire. She is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Whittemore School of Business. Kristin O’Brien
